All codes work except AV 2. PIP is also not programmed, since I don't use that feature and it doesn't work with HDMI or DVI inputs. The Power On is not a discrete (couldn't find one), so I've used Power Off and then Power Toggle which works fine.

This MXD file contains ALL of the discrete codes that work for this particular model and firmware version 1031. There are duplicate codes for some functions, notably MTS and FAV. These are included for the sake of completeness. Feel free to remove them or tweak as needed.
