This is a revision of my ccf, fixing some bugs, standardizing and simplying the interface and adding my second HT. Includes discrete codes for the Proceed PAV/PDSD, JVC VCR, Panasonic DVD, Pioneer TV and LD player & Sony DVD. I borrowed heavily from many -- thanks to Dan and everyone for your assistance.
