I made my own buttons for my local channels here in the NYC area, in addition to buttons for a handful of cable and premium channels. Included is a blank button so you can add other logos to match the rest of the buttons. Feel free to use and distribute as you please.

45 images of channel logos as 132x99 pix png's for Australian Foxtel channels and Australian free-to-airs. A "pressed" state image for each is included which is just a negative of the normal state (another 45 images). Bit crude, but adequate as the image is generally covered by your finger when pressed anyway.
