Arrus Gateway Cable Box

Any of you using the Shaw (Arris) Gateway cable box in combination with RTI are no doubt experiencing issues. Thankfully Matt St John provided a fix before his departure. From Matt:

I have received a number of calls lately regarding the new Shaw Gateway (made by Arris). The comments that I have received were that the codes are very difficult to learn with certain brands of control systems including RTI. After talking to both Shaw & Arris directly (and a considerable amount of testing) I found out the codes are actually 'Toggle Bit' IR codes. Toggle Bit IR codes basically have two IR codes assigned to one button press giving you an 'A' and 'B' IR command for every button. You need to use the 'Toggle IR command' macro type in the macro editor, and drag in both 'A' & 'B' codes so the remote can toggle between both codes. These codes that I have learnt have not been modified in any way, I used the standard press & hold for learning, I just learnt two codes for each button.

I have included a pre-programmed T2-C+ to use as a reference or to import directly into your project.
