Greetings! I've no experience with the Philips Pro line - rather I use URC & RTI. However...

I've a client who installed Philips TSU9600_37 & RFX9400_37 about 3 years ago. There is one keypad for three rooms. The original installer is no longer available and the client has purchased new AV equipment (TV & AVR). My first question is...does the client have to have an internet connection, or can I set up a LAN without the Internet? Also - what software should I use & where do I find it - to see how the system was configured to begin with, and be able to modify the programming for the newer equipment? Ooops - how to do IR learning if need be? Many thanks - Rick

Hi pseudo-Nerd... you'd probably do better to post your message in the Pronto Professional forum on this site, versus file comments.
