This configuration mimics the rooms in a house, providing full control of the AV equipment in the individual rooms as well as controlling media streaming to four areas in the house. This is accomplished by hosting all the media on one PC in the study, making downloading and editing of playlists easy. The second PC sits in the lounge and is acting as a media player and MCE PC. Since this is connected to a multi room audio controller, music can be played in four areas. Full wireless control provides interactive music selection with meta data on screen. PS: The MRA controller needs extensive programming and teaching of IR codes for this system to work.

Two home pages, one with "Steve's Home Theater" Marquee and second is selection page. Customized top bar on main pages (same as bottom navigation bar only 180 deg shift). Complete "Switch" functions to change from one device to another as well as master "tool" page. Many customized graphics etc.

This is my first attempt on my Nevo since upgrading from my Pronto TSU6000. I have included some SKY HD channel logos, which with one press, will take you straight to the channel. All remote codes are included. Enjoy!

Based on my pronto design. Consistant menu system accross all pages. Menus overlay page for a file menu/ PC menu look and feel. Designed for a clean looking screen but with all options within a few clicks. Activity based design extended to PVR (Sky+) to automatically change the hard buttons based on whether you are watching live TV or recorded TV. "Please wait" screen added. "Jump" macro that jumps to all screens the returns home added. The Nevo is faster once a screen is loaded into memory. Jumping to all screens loads all screens. Power off has confirm screen (usefull when your TV has a 3 minute on/off time :) Menu bitmaps created with MS paint (OMG). All other buttons from Nevo. Added a beep macro. Rather than using beeps directly using this shortcut allows beeps to be blobally changed by changing just one macro.

This is a first attempt at customising my Nevo. Utilising macros to show some basic animation as the screens change. If you go from the main screen using the top button, which shows the Sky menu page on a plasma panel, the animation shows a rippling effect and transports you to the menu page for Sky. There is more animation when you press pause or play on this screen and you are taken to a more basic screen with large buttons for easier access and use. Again, using the back button on this screen will show a ripple animation back to the main screen. This is a work in progress so some feedback or ideas would be appreciated.

I designed this program around an activity based setup. My Dad comes to visit regularly and he couldn't figure out how to use my system with my old remote - I tried to make it as user friendly as possible and I think I accomplished that goal - I know my Dad never asks me how to use the system anymore - I didn't even have to show him what to do with this setup. I made it extremely easy to change channels by using the Channel Logos as the main interface to change cable> channels instead of using the digits. Right now - it has a Rotel processor but early next week I'm replacing that with an Atlantic Technologies Processor. I'll post an update when complete.

My config based on standard/customised Nevo gallery. Uses device buttons at top of each page to jump to a device directly (except home page which contains activities and system power off). Home page also contains a Devices button, to jump to page allowing individual power control of all devices (and a direct jump to any device). Includes a selection of SKY UK TV channel logos.

Macros allowing to set up all devices for projection, to set up devices for recording a TV program, to listen to music via archos MP3 multimedia player. Also direct access to each device with main functions.

Includes the new scroll wheel from Nevo. A simple setup for a customer.
