Clint Simester's First PCF
Added by Clint E. Simester | 2003 | 7,061 views
This my first attempt at a custom taylored system for my home theater. Nothing fancy, but it will get you around just fine if you're in my HT. It took me about 5 hours on a Sunday afternoon to create and debug. There are no macros yet as I am still learning how the pronto works.

John Rodrigues' TSU3000
Added by John Rodrigues | 2005 | 7,012 views
This is a combination of many PCFs. Thanks to all and a special thanks to David D'Arche and the Ultimate Pronto Guide. I tried to keep it as simple as possible. The TV configuration has just basic buttons. I use the Sat and DVD configurations the most. It is still a work in progress.

Melinda's OSX PCF
Added by Melinda | 2005 | 6,880 views
This clean and simple design was based mainly on "OS X" graphics, device images from "Daniel's TSU3000" together with some of my own images. System begins on the "power" page where you can turn on/off TV, home theater (DVD) & cable with one button, go the the "lighting" page or go the specific device power controls. Across each page are shortcuts to "power", "DVD", "cable", "TV", "lights", "surf" and "activities". "Surf" includes 9 pages classifying channels into favorites, nets, learn, fun, news, sports and music.

Teddy Dimou's PCF File
Added by Teddy Dimou | 2003 | 6,698 views
This is a complete PCF file using ideas and bitmaps from various sources, from Remote Central, and adding some of my own. This is a work in progress. I have implemented a sound options menu for plain TV (Blue pill) or Surround sound (Red Pill).

Mike Ewing's Layout
Added by Mike Ewing | 2005 | 6,482 views
This configuration is almost completely based on the pioneering work of Mr. Tonks -- thank you. It does, however, contain a couple new twists (and, of course my devices). It includes an activites based approach for the non-initiated (grandma, babysitters) and a device based interface for others. Both interfaces can be used interchangably, and take full advantage of the hard buttons. I've tried to keep it simple by limiting each activity and each device to only one page of the key buttons, which I've found to be effective for about 99% of the collective functionality of 6+ remotes.

Jeffery Holt's H20 Setup
Added by Jeffery Holt | 2003 | 6,415 views
I call it H2O because of the backgrounds I found from doing a Google search. The buttons were all acquired from this site, or are included in the software. After looking at everyone else's .pcf's and getting some GREAT ideas I decided to do this and try to keep it simple.

Nick Allen's Simple PCF
Added by Nick Allen | 2004 | 5,810 views
This is an original system PCF, designed to be extremely simple to use. I have found that while looking awesome, a lot of the configuration files are difficult to operate. It doesn't look fancy, but it works. Not all codes are on here, again as I wanted a simple program. The bitmaps I have used are simple too, therefore my complete file is only 23k which means it is quick in operation. Macros work from the home page to switch products on without having to go through power up processes.

Grog's Hard Button Layout
Added by Steve 'Grog' Burns | 2008 | 5,679 views
Great for a broken touchscreen! Goals for this layout: - Use hard buttons ONLY for control - yes, it can be done! I was gifted a TSU3500 with a busted touchscreen. Layout on screen is a map of the hard button layout.
- High contrast, large buttons on screen for readability. Clear text instead of greyscale bitmaps. Each hard button maps to its one screen button.
- Task oriented, e.g. 'Watch DVD' and 'Listen Radio'
- Universal 'All Off' and 'Home' buttons that work in all screens
- Fast download time to remote / small file size (no fancy bitmaps)
This is the simplest, most functional, least fancy layout I could create. It also works great on my TSU3000 (with a working touchscreen.)
