A complete RU950 system setup file.

This is an activity-based configuration with a favourites section designed to simplify the use of Italian "Sky" television. There is also a multizone feature, but it's still a work in progress.

A full system PCF file with French TPS and TNT TV logos. Includes RF codes for the ATI Remote Wonder, Oray HCM2 screen and IDK Multimedia outlets.

This is my first attempt at a PCF. I did a lot of testing and learned a lot from everyone else's designs, so thanks a ton for that. Clearly this design is heavily influenced by contest entry #3 so props to Brian for it. I have been lurking on Remote Central for the longest time and this is my way of saying thanks.

I have tried to do three things with this design. One, I found most designs to be visually overwhelming so I tried to keep this one as minimal as possible. There is a slight transparency to everything that allows a background image of my old Mitsubishi TV to come thru. Its supper subtle so, I didn't bother changing it when I upgraded my TV last year. Everything was created as squares and rectangles in Photoshop without any outerglows, embossing or drop shadows. I have included 2 PSD templates if anyone wants to modify or update an image.

Two, anyone can use it with no more than 15 seconds of tutoring. I have had the design evolve over the last 2 years and after countless guests and a live in girlfriend, I am very confident of the navigability and flow. A complete system PCF for the following components.

System optimized for two activities - DVD video and CD music. Includes macros for lighting, help screens and all IR codes on separate pages. Makes heavy use of hard buttons. Updated lighting.

This is a new version of my PCF using some of Daniel's backgrounds and BMPs (most of the images and layouts are from my original PCF).

This is an updated version of my PCF with some new backgrounds and icons.

v3.0 I used some of Russ's Work plus Tom Uryga's bitmap files. I then started incorporating my own files and used clipart I had. I then also shot digital pictures of my ceiling fans, outdoor bar etc. I found that most PCF files had way too many buttons and were way to cluttered, which I thought made the interface too confusing to use. The coolest thing is to be able to control my electronic vertical blinds, turn on my icicle patio lights, outdoor stainless steel bar blue fluorescent lights, kick on my projector and 92-inch screen and watch movies sitting at my bar outside watching thru my living room window.
