Extract this file to c:\windows\system (where "c" is the drive your operating system is installed on). No further steps are required. You do not need to use the specific version of vbajet32.dll contained in the archive, however it has been included for convenience if you are missing it. The important file contained is expsrv.dll.
ProntoEmulator does not appear to generate a needed file when run for the first time on a Windows NT installation, consequently crashing. Download this .ZIP file and extract the embedded "pronto.css" file to the root directory of the drive your operating system is installed on.
