Total CCF overhaul done over the last couple of months. Have gone for more angular buttons instead of the usual ones on most CCFs. All buttons used have come from other CCFs on this site so thanks for all who "unwittingly" contributed! Also big cheers for Steve Watt for doing my 'Matrix' bitmaps. I wanted to create a fun, yet easy to use remote. Most of the button are from this site.

I designed this layout for my brother-in-law's new home theater system. His parents don't read English, and with over 5 remote controls it seems watching a DVD is more complicated than it should be. I designed all the panels with big Chinese characters so it is easier to read. The layout is task based and as idiot proof as possible. I even replaced the home icon with custom one with chinese characters. The layouts only have basic buttons - the ones they use often.

This is an updated version of my original CCF that uses a simplified split screen effect for most of my major equipment. Graphics are modified Dale Crawford Easy Theater buttons and background.

A complete system CCF with the following devices.

A complete Sony system CCF file with all discrete IR codes.

Includes a jump tab for each device to automate switching between two activities, French television station logos and assisted Teletext screens.

The goal was to limit the buttons on each screen and to cluster buttons based on use of the device. Nice large, easy to read buttons, using much of Peter Kemmer's gallery file. Includes many discrete codes, macros and a gallery file. Contains complete IR controls in independent hidden panels to simplify modifications or future upgrades to equipment.

My first CCF has the codes from every button on the original remotes. I have tried to make the presentation coherent and easy to use throughout the whole CCF. Have used lots of Sky channel logos, discrete codes and have thrown in a calender for good measure.
