Complete System that works with IRF and power sensors to work around the Toshiba's lack of discrete codes. Everything works great.

Updated: Replaced the Hughes Hird satellite receiver and DVHS recorder with a Sony SAT-T60 Tivo DSS receiver; replaced the DVP-S7700 DVD player with a Sony DVP-9000ES; added a Creek OBH-12 passive volume control for SACD analog bypass; added an SACD device page for controlling the DVP-S9000ES with the analog bypass.

This large configurarion is of a theater and a distributed audio system. Contains loads of icons.

This system is specifically focused on HDTV and DVD. I used the sample transport controls in the custom button editor to model all of the screens opting out of using standard buttons for consistency. Besides the prerequisite power on/off macros, I added dimmer macros to play and pause, as well as lights 'all on' for stop and system off. The toggle feature is used to control aspects on the projector. In addition, the power button always forwards you to the power control page and for more frequent users, offers a button test feature for powering down the system. The combination creates an easy to use menu driven system that ties in the more advanced 'theater atmosphere' feeling.

Full system control with TiVo functions split onto two pages. The "Power" button is used as "TiVo Control" button. Overall, very intuitive and easy-to-operate without looking at the remote.

In this remote, we are using the RTI remote at the user interface for a Phast system. The television is controlled by the RTI remote, the remainder of the IR commands are directed to the Phast Cardframe and the it flashes the appropriate components. Components: RCA DirecTV, Proscan VCR, Toshiba DVD, Replay, Nakamichi 5-Disc, AMC AM/FM Tuner and Fujitsu 42" HDTV Plasma.

This is the layout for my entire system and includes all IR codes and buttons used in each component.
