Marcel's MX-980 System
Added by Marcel White | 2008 | 17,125 views
I replaced my Harmony 880 with the MX980. This is NOT the easiest remote to program. This file represents my modest, initial attempt to at least just have it do what the Harmony 880 could perform. It's still not perfect, but it's doing the most basic automation tasks. Let me know what you think and any feedback/guidance is APPRECIATED!

Contest Entry # 7: Animazing
Added by Mark Cherry | 2006 | 2,671 views
Second Place Winner! This is an activity based design that walks the user through each step of the home theater process. The welcome screen triggers a series of animations and IR commands which is intended to entertain the user as the system powers up. The power codes in this particular system are all discrete. Once the "choices" screen appears, the user simply follows the directions. I have included a short photo album as a choice to show off the resolution of this screen. Components include a TV, DVD, XM radio (complete with my original icon frames), Satellite TV and Music Choice (also original Icon frames), VCR, CD, and Lutron lighting control. Many of the buttons will become animated when pressed. All buttons and animations are original with the exception of Beavis rocking out on the amp control page. Thanks and... Enjoy! Includes a "basic" version for older 32mb units.

Contest Entry #16: 3D Disc
Added by Mark Cherry | 2010 | 2,909 views
This design has a very simple concept that centralizes around an animated 3D disc that serves many different purposes in this layout. All graphics and animations are completely original, however the channel icon buttons are alterations of existing available graphics. Thanks Much!

Mark's Slydog Metal Layout
Added by Mark Slyter | 2005 | 10,181 views
This file is for individuals who desire a clean, well designed user interface that can be easily modified. The Metal Template included with the MX-3000 serves as the fundamental frame for this design. Several additional 'Metal' buttons were designed to provide a clean, consistent look. This is an easy file to modify and build upon. Enjoy.

Both Hands on the Wheel!
Added by Matt Elton | 2007 | 12,448 views
All new graphics 90% made by my amateur hands. Some graphics on the home window and the device swap buttons were modded from the TSU9600 software. Learning with variables. Working indicators on the Sky RF and Sky TAG pages.

Whole House Russound
Added by Matthew Chartier | 2007 | 10,512 views
Here is my first attempt at the MX-3000. Controls my Russound Cav system and the two TVs that I have now. Already programmed in variables and macros for the other rooms for when TVs go in there. There are quite a few pages of macros and variables used to keep track of what is on, what source is being used and also which room you're in. Tried to keep all user screens to have the features used most and the ability to switch sources without having to go to the main screen. Most functions are in the exact spot in each screen to keep a familiar feeling for the user. This is based off of the Gravity template.
