After getting a start with previous B&O ccf I took it upon myself to record some other codes the hard way - hook an oscilliscope to an IR detector and record what each button press does, decode them and hand enter them into the Pronto. This one adds phono, mute and a couple esoteric codes to the B&O file.
I have tried to make this as clean and usable as possible. Features includ painstakingly clean IR codes and separate panels of IR codes that all devices are aliased to. I recently added a "Theater" group to the Macro Menu, with controls for DVD or VCR plus lighting. Some of the lighting control use macros in my Ocelot to give direct dimming to preset levels.
A brief tutorial on how to make Bang and Olufsen IR codes, with a fairly comprehensive set of IR codes that work on my B&O 6500 system. In Microsoft Word format.
