A PDF file entitled "Summary of IR Protocols to be Used for 3rd Party Remote Control Manufacturers" provided by Lutron. Includes infrared protocol information and Pronto-format hex codes. I was having trouble with learned codes downloaded here, but these straightened everything out. Even had more codes (just one for my application) than what the OEM remote had.
